Platform Content: All other content on the Service, including designs, templates, logos, and software, is the property of DynamicSites or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Natural Language Service

By using the natural language update feature, you agree that:

  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan
  • You are solely responsible for any charges incurred
  • Message frequency depends on your usage
  • You may opt out at any time by sending "STOP" or contacting support
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by carrier issues

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

10. Limitation of Liability
